4 visits. I will typically conduct 3 prenatal visits and 1 postpartum visit as part of my doula care services. You also have the option to choose 2 prenatal visits and 2 postpartum visits to fit your needs.
Birth Education: During our sessions, I will explain the process your body undergoes during labor and delivery, as well as postpartum care. This information can be beneficial even if you have given birth before, providing a helpful refresher to help you feel centered and prepared for your upcoming experience.
Resource Bank: I can assist in directing you to trusted care providers, massage therapists, specialists, and other parents in the area, enhancing your pregnancy support network.
Hands-on Support During Labor and Delivery: As your labor doula, I will go on call for you at 37 weeks and remain available until your baby is born. During labor, I will:
- Provide emotional comfort measures
- Offer physical comfort measures like massage
- Support both you and your birth team with emotional and physical assistance
- Coach you and your birth support team through the birth process
- Foster clear and kind communication throughout your experience.
24/7 Support: From the moment we decide to work together, I will be available to you via text, phone call, and email, ensuring that you receive continuous pregnancy support.

Many insurances will cover some or all doula care, including support from a labor doula. I encourage you to check if this is an option for you.
It is my heart to provide pregnancy support to you regardless of your ability to pay in full. I offer sliding scale pricing to moms in financial need. Let's talk together.
